I was so happy these dilators were suggested. They worked very well for me. I started with #3 and used it every day for 1 week and then moved to #4. I stayed with #4 for about 2 weeks and then I attempted #5. At first, I had to start very slowly, and actually to this day, I still have to start slowly and adapt to the larger size. The suggestion to use the dilator about 20 minutes before intercourse is much easier than just trying to jump directly in with your partner. You basically set your body up to accept your partner naturally without fear of pain.
The dilators are comfortable and it's nice that they come with lubricant
