APC Economy International can take up to 10-35 days. They use the country customs and this is beyond our control.
International Orders: Customs, duties, and taxes
VuVa is not responsible for delays in customs as this is beyond our control. Please call your carrier customer service line if you have questions about your package in transit.Ā

If you get charged anĀ import duty tax from customs, this is something you would be responsible for. If item is refused at customs by purchaser you will be responsibleĀ for shipping and return costs. The remainder product cost minus shipping fees will be returnedĀ to you. No shipping charges will be refunded. This is normal when importing goods to another country. VuVa has no control over customs fees. If your address is wrong, you will not be reimbursedĀ for shipping costs or reshipment costs.Ā

Stolen packages
VuVa is not responsibleĀ for stolen packages and will not refund any orders due to these circumstances. Please make sure your delivery address is safe and secure. If you cannot locate your package. Please call your local post office phone number and they have GPS location on where they left packages.
