Domestic and International Shipping Policy

HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE 10/13/21 

As we are seeing on the news, there may be shipping delays over the holidays. This will be with any carrier. Please choose your shipping type accordingly. No Priority Mail refunds will be given for delays beyond our control. 

 

International Orders: Customs, duties, and taxes

We ship DHL Express. Your package should arrive to you in under 10 business days. VuVa is not responsible for delays in customs as this is beyond our control.

If you get charged an import duty tax from customs, this is something you would be responsible for. If item is refused at customs by purchaser you will be responsible for shipping and return costs. The remainder product cost minus shipping fees will be returned to you. No shipping charges will be refunded. This is normal when importing goods to another country. VuVa has no control over customs fees. 

 

Shipment processing time - We ship from our office in Sarasota, FL

 

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Order placed after 12 pm will ship out the following business day. 


VuVatech does not ship any orders on USPS Postal Holidays. All orders will be mailed out the next business day. Shipping rates and delivery estimates

*UPS might be the most expensive, but it is not the fastest we offer. Priority Mail is the fastest shipping option we offer. 



Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We cannot ship international orders to a PO Box. 

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped. It will update as soon as the post office scans in package. 

  

Damages

If you receive your order damaged please contact us and we will replace for you at no charge. Email: info@vuvatech.com

 

Stolen packages

VuVa is not responsible for stolen packages and will not refund any orders due to these circumstances. Please make sure your delivery address is safe and secure. If you cannot locate your package. Please call your local post office phone number and they have GPS location on where they left packages.

 

Returns Policy

30 Day VuVatech Return Policy:

VuVatech offers returns within 30 days of purchase if product safety bag or safety seal on full set has not been opened. 

There will be a 15% restocking fee. Please visit our Return Instructions
