Great tools for pelvic floor physiotherapy

I had a set of silicone dilators and I have stopped using them entirely because I like the Vuvatech set much better. I have some degree of atrophy, and the slick surface of the Vuvatech is much easier to use and significantly less irritating than the silicone texture of the other brand I used previously. I really like how lightweight this set is, and I only use the Vuvatech set now. I do think that the magnets have made a difference in blood flow and I have had much better results with the Vuvatech set. I use a water-based lubricant with Hyaluran/hyaluronic acid when I dilate. At night, before bed, I apply a small amount of Rx (prescription-only) estradiol cream. There is a urologist on Twitter, Dr. Ashley Winter MD, who explains why Rx estradiol cream applied topically is so helpful for perimenopause and post-menopausal atrophy. Using this new dilation regimen has been a godsend for my hypertonic pelvic floor and atrophy. Urinary urgency, UTIs, and burning sensations are now a thing of the past. It has made an enormous difference in my quality of life. Thank you!

Make dreams come true

I know that sounds lame but for the most part of my life i thought i would never be able to have sex. For everybody who is going through this you know how difficult it is to talk about it and mentally suffer.Even after going through physio appointments we were not seeing progress until i started using these dilators - i am now in the second largest dilator and using these helped me reconnect with my body, give me confidence that i can proceed to next stage, helpful in penetration sex. I dont know if the magnetic vs non magnetic have a difference but mentally it helped me to go with magnetic. I do feel extreme warmth and heat inside when i use them but its not uncomfortable. Consistence is key and am still trying my best. I am hoping i finally have the courage to do physical examinations.
