I absolutely love the set. I am now using #4 and have purchased the next set of sizes. They are easy to insert and I was able to increase a size every two weeks. I do wish there were additional sizes in-between. Sometime it feels like too big of a leap. However, they work well and I am very satisfied with my progress.
